Assam Institute of Management has been promoted by the Government of Assam to give a fillip to the professional management movement in the North Eastern region. Apart from offering one of the most cost-effective PGDBM programmes in the country, AIM undertakes considerable research, consultancy and training works. The institute is immediately looking for filling up TWO faculty vacancies in HR and Operations areas, who can contribute to the institute's drive towards professional excellence, social relevance and academic brilliance.

Eligibility:

Candidates must have at least AICTE approved PGDBM or MBA qualification with specialisation in their respective disciplines. Those with Ph.D or in the final stage of their doctoral research or having at least 5 years of post qualification experience, having an academic bent of mind, may be given preference. Candidates must have Research, Communication and Analytical Skills and MUST have a uniformly good academic career.
The Institute offers UGC equivalent pay-scales.
